All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Please note that orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of any significant delays.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, so there are no additional shipping costs for deliveries within the United States.
Handling fees: There are no additional handling fees applied to your order.
All prices are shown in USD and will be charged in U.S. dollars at checkout. If you’re placing an international order, the exchange rate will be applied based on your payment method.

6. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
  • These additional charges may vary depending on the destination country and will be collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.
  • Please be aware that customs clearance processes may cause delays that are beyond our control, and we recommend checking with local authorities for any specific regulations.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update in the system. This delay may occur as the carrier processes the shipment and updates their tracking database.

8. Delivery Issues & Delays

Pecard is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect address information provided by the customer

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. This could occur if some items are backordered or come from different locations. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, allowing you to track them individually.
